Yoga 

We're very excited to offer a number of yoga sessions at The Enchanted Studios this September school holidays. The sessions are being run by Little Yogis Co

​

Children will start their yoga session with an Opening Circle and meaningful question.

 

Little Yogis will participate in:

​

• Playful Yoga Warm-Up

• Yoga Games

• Yoga Art

• Focused movements and peak poses

 

The Little Yogis Practise will then have a wind-down followed by a final relaxation and mindful practice.

Time: 10.15 to 12noon

Cost: $35.00 per child per session

Ages: 4 years and up
